Chance or sureness during an eclipse?

Once three happenings occurred in one day:
1) a sun eclipse,
2) the start of a Jewish month and
3) the beginning of an Islamic month.

During the next sun eclipse these beginnings of a Jewish month and
an Islamic month occurred again simultaneously!
Is that a chance or sureness?
